“Something will grow from all you are going through….and it will be you” This quote has stuck with me since I first heard it years ago.  Through my work as a clinical social worker I have supported people on their journey of growth through trials and tribulations in their life.  I have been fortunate enough to work in this field for over 10 years and worked with a wide range of people in various settings including residential care, outpatient community mental health, and in-home services.  I have experience working with young children, adolescents, adults, and families. It takes courage to reach out for help and I am honored and humbled to walk alongside my clients on their journey to healing.

My goal in therapy is to provide a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space that allows my clients to be open and honest while exploring their experiences and emotions.  I use an integrated approach to therapy that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, and Attachment Theory.  Therapy is my passion and I continue to grow and learn to develop my skills.  Within the past few years I have received training in EMDR and PCIT and often integrate concepts from these models in my therapy sessions.
