It has been my pleasure to work in this field for over 20 years.  I have had to opportunity to work with children ages 3-12 in inpatient and outpatient settings on issues such as Attachment Disorders, Grief and Loss, PTSD, ADHD as well as other behavioral problems.   I have worked extensively with adolescents ages 12-18 and their families in court, school and home-based settings and on issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, parent/teen communication as well as Substance Abuse, ADHD, PTSD, ODD and other behavioral problems.  I have also had the opportunity to work with adults struggling with Depression, Anxiety,  Grief and Loss, Bi-polar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, PTSD, relationship issues among other things.    I employ a variety of therapeutic interventions to help people feel understood, supported and ultimately empowered to make the changes they want in their lives.   I believe that everything happens for a reason and that our life experiences are tools to help us grow and to make us stronger.
